The registration fee includes the book of abstracts, tea/coffee & refreshments, lunches and the conference dinner on 14 April. VAT is not applicable.

STANDARD registration fees: R1500 per person for registration before 28 February 2011 and R1700 per person for late registration, after 28 February 2011.

STUDENT registration fees are set at R500 per person and R1000 per person for late registration.

Please follow these five steps to register :

Step 1 - For a single person, complete the booking form. For companies, group bookings are encouraged to simplify invoicing and payment.

Step 2 - E-mail the completed booking form to Mrs Charlene Weimers at charlene@sun.ac.za

Step 3 - Upon receipt of a registration form, an invoice will be sent by e-mail. Complete the payment as indicated on the invoice. Please wait to make the payment until you receive the invoice, as this will contain information you need to complete payment.

Step 4 - After payment, e-mail the proof of payment to charlene@sun.ac.za

Step 5 - You will receive an e-mail confirming successful registration.
